Phew..~
ok..finally had the urge to blog.... no wait... i had urges to blog for like the past week.. but time permits.. ha.... serious....!
MelMel Cheng! where's ur blog u promised??
Been a hectic week for me at work... OMG.... it was seriously cramped.... i had to handle like 5-6 projects within that week... and almost all are due either the week later of somewhere end of this month. Got drag to meet clients...... which isn't very entertaining altho' i see myself as a PR preson sort of....and not when clients are a fussy lot.... ha! Hmm.... it's amazing how i work under pressure, witnessing especially how i made it through my final project in school last year... hahahaa... with of coz moral support everywhere from my peeps; the late nites, the bitching of lecturers, the mourning about the tedious work we had to do, the 'singing' of the national anthem on msn every morning at 6am (we work late into the wee hrs of the morning.. ), the sharing of cab to school, the list could just go on.... & on...
Come to think of it... i miss school... compared to work..school was much more comforting and u had ur peeps around sharing the same old pressure.... *sigh* and now here i am... getting peanuts from working like a monkey........ all in the name of MONEY!!!! bah!!! damnit.... i demand a pay raise!!! ]=
2 weeks came and gone.......and CNY is coming soon.......... and...my parents are going BKok for CNY!!!!!!!! wah!!!! That's the freaking 3rd or 4th time that i missed an opportunity to go over!!! and who said i have real good travel lines on my palms?!?!....must have seen the wrong line......=talk abt CNY......nothing much has been happening in my 'shopping' catergory for CNY... ha i'm the kind.. i see.. i like... i buy.... doesn't neccesary have to be a special occasion to get new clothes... it works all season all mths for me! hohohoh....anyway.. i bought a new jacket (which BB bought for me), a new cool tanktop, a mini skirt, a green tube top(BB bought for me too~), new star shaped earrings ( I simply ADORE Stars!!!) and new socks.... if u asked wat i need to buy for Cny. i would probably need a new pair of street sneakers, a new demin skirt, the old one keeps riding up my hips... and it could possibly be pull off w/out unbottoning and unzipping, a new pair of levi's jeans..(havent decided on which model), more colours for my wardrobe..yeah i knw i have a variety of colours already.. but i said once i would like to have almost all the colours of the rainbow in my wardrobe...so yeah.. i'm trying to fufill that... (=^-^=)
had a BBQ on Friday.. yup... another long weekend~ ha!! was over at ng's house... the usual bunch of us... BBQing and toking and lazing ard.... Thaxs ya Ng.. for organizing this bbq~ =)
had fun.....had food........... had laughter... had my peeps..... enuff to make my friday all so good..
see....i'm easily contended~.....
But pple tend to always think i'm this brat... look.. i admit i'm a brat okie.... i joke with u guys abt it too...and i even laugh at myself... but some ppl tend to see it as it is... they always see me as self-centred, bimbotic & thinking the world revolves ard me... (ALTHO' i know of this kid who is worse off den me...she is wat i call a true-blue brat..) it doesn't matter if others (those who i seldom mix ard or met for like the first time) see me as what they deem fit coz they might not understand my actions... but.. friends?? A friend who i known for years... suddenly treat me somewhat like an irritating sore... i felt the change... i felt the cold... why? i have no idea too.... does it mean i admit that i'm a brat u have to always label and treat me like a sore thumb?? or am i not happening enuff...what happen to all the times we had? does it mean nothing at all...or have u never tried understanding me at all..
there's more beyond the "brat" that we always joke about..

wheeeeeeeeeeeee!! i finally got my white addidas cap after much thought and deliberation! Finally smething that fits my small head and looks good fitting my head! incase some of u guys don't knw.. i have a small head...... really!...smaller den average head... so it's pretty tough getting caps and stuffs for my head.. When i wear average caps... 1/2 of the head gets lost underneath it... and i cant even see..w/out tilting my head up.. yea.. its kinda funny in a sense.... laugh...go ahead laugh... =/..
first stop for Sat's agenda was to get over to my dad's fren's spectacles shop to get coloured lens done for myself! hurhurhur.....yesh! finally a properly coloured lens to wear and have fun!!
smething funny... instead of golden lankmark we told the taxi driver goldenmile... and when he was almst reaching, both of us were like " erm... shit..think we said wrong name.." but since we're already almost reaching we tot we'll just walk across... no biggie...kinda near. but guess what?! the taxi driver was paying attention to wat we were conversing in the back and asked us "is this the place u wanna come?" ..and we said no..,. suppose to go golden lankmark instead..and he kindly U-turn to get us to our correct destination! What a kind man! he even said "it's okie..." and he didn't say anything about it!! no qualms no complains! i was half expecting ( as with all typical uncles) they would kinda say something like "aiyoh...next time rem right place.... " or smething else to suan us.... too bad i don't rem the taxi number hee...
I got misty gray coloured lens!!! wohoo!! it cost me $250 man!! and BB got to have a pair of new glasses done!! he look cool in it!! but too bad have to wait a week! hahahahah.. he was so kan cheong to wear that he was asking why can't they do express or semthing so he could wear out to town! hahaha....
next stop was to get over to bugis.. but guess what..its was RAINING!.. no brolly... no jacket.. and BB went in search to buy umbrella! we found one and bought it... and romantically walk to bugis ....lol....
i met lynn & eeleng!!! they're back in bugis working!!! wah.. never tell me!!...anyway..it was great to know they're doing fine...=) hahaha..... and next time if i told u i'm hanging out in bugis... u shld know who i'm with... hahaha...
got to addidas shop and got my cap...=)
went to terra cafe to eat our lunch cum dinner... yummy yummy.......... too bad i had stomach probs... i ate a little... and BB had to finish everything... hee.. i had this spagehtti with turkey and mushroom cream sauce, he had his all time fav. fish & chips, and ordered side snacks of french fries and fried squid rings. reasonable price too for a cafe..
by the time we had enuff of bugis and ate.. it was close to 6++pm ..and i have to get down to centrepoint's POSB bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and of all days ..it had to jam!!!!!!!!! we took bus 7 down..and jammed from YMCA all the freaking way down...basket!! i missed the bank! it was closed by the time we got over.......... wth.......................................................gotta get it done another day!
went shopping ard centrepoint instead~... and..i got this cool pair of underwear from Women's Secrets!! it's like ..only $19~! so glam.... hurhurhur.... ...walked down to heeren....shop somemore... BB bought his zippo lighter...and he bought me a green tube top, a pair of earrings and a handphone accesory!! Thank u dear!!!....
we bought Monsters' Inc. DVD!! special edition. this is the movie we have gotta get!! Coz we watched this movie on our first date~ (^-^)
Lingered ard heeren till every shop closes except HMV... ha.... too bored... and den it had to happen... bldy cramps.... *oow*... hate to cut the night short... was suppose to go catch a movie or coffee with Ng... but hai....cramps.... and Ng ...no reply from her... So we went home by taxi,,.... not b4 stopping over at coffeebean to grab a choco cake home..so i could eat it tml..
and as usual.... usual things will happen after dis hahahahhaa... dis entry is long enuff as it is....
and i need to sleep! ..... bah.......

Burgers & Tea...
Met up with Melvin today. Planned to have dinner together at PS.. and both of us couldn't decide a eating palce...so we eneded up in Bk coz both of us hadn't had BK for quite awhile... haha it was fun.... i had my usual mushroom swiss =)
shop ard spotlight after our meal.... mel had to get some hooks for his new found collection of caps! hahaha... u look good in caps my fren.... nt like me... lol...
went into U2 as they had a sale going on.. hahaha.. interesting.... when we got to the fitting room..there wasnt a Q in sight... but when we came out.. there was like dis long Q waiting to use fitting rooms ..hahaha.. weird.... and mel is gonna get sme new black pants!! too bad don't have ya size! haha nvm we can try other outlets!! rem to wear it and take a pix for me to see!!! hahahahahahhahahahahahahaaaa...........
walked down to mr bean's.. coz Sharon & gang are coming over for coffee..
was suppose to chill at mr bean's but they couldn't find a parking lot...and so venue was changed... and the thing was... wayne's and how's car was parked..and only sharon's car wasnt.. so all of us hopped into her car and drove off to the new venue ..haha...
can cafe....near bugis... expensive drinks..... ha..... but hey.. it's the company that counts..... i don't mind.... =) hahah had lots of fun. Cheng how as usual was konky and mad dat nite.... haha..hweemeng was tortured by him... haha....
