HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR TO ALL!
these past 2 days was
FOOD
FOOD
& more FOOD!!
and of coz ang paos and wearing new clothes.... hee'
gosh... i'm gonna burst..
yesterday was the usual teppanyaki and steamboat... everyone came over! and ate and ate and ate....
aunt bought roast piglet too!! wohoo!!!
and mum's chinese b/day was yesterday too! so another dessert of cake was added to it! yum yum....
today's was steamboat and popiah.... yummy!!!!! self made popiahs where u have to get hands on and make ya own!! we just order the essential ingredients from a good popiah stall and collected it and voila! self made popiah at the comfort of home..
hahhaaa.. hm.. never did take much pictures dis year.. lazy la.....
will post up pixs soon.. most likely food pixs... i think~..
and when Erina sees dis.. she's gonna scream again!! haha coz she Can't have these over in USA! NENE NI BOO BOO!!!!!

WTH!!!! as i was abt to post this entry.. suddenly blogger got error and my whole post gone!!!!

Tomorrow's CNY EVE!
whoopee!!!
Yesterday(thursday):
went to nuh for my checkup!!!
was the first to see the doc!
went in.. talked.. checked.. and out i come... not even 20mins...
everything's fine!
Went for lunch later on...
BB accp me to see the doc... so we headed down to liang seah street to find this pie shop which sells good pies! the good ol' shephard pies that is served with a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy sauce on da top!
Yummilicious ain't it???
And so we went...
we walked down the street 3 times....
AND NO SIGHT OF SAID PIE SHOP!!!
nb!! moved ah??!!!
damn!
So we settled for rice in fish soup for me and chicken rice, with helluva rice served in a potion, for BB.
went over to the new shopping mall opp & behing bugis juntion.. i forgot the name of it...
quite hard to miss as it has speakers blasting music at the entrance/lifts/staircase to the mall.. (quite annoying actually)
and suay thing is...as we were walking to the mall, we passed by this taiwan cafe which sells (obviously) taiwan's xiao-chi or snacks..and..
IT STINKS OF SMELLY TOUFU!!!!!!!!! it does smells of sewage waste!! VERY stinky!!!!!!
the smell lingers all the way to the entrance of the shopping place... coz it is just next to it! I cannot comprehand how pple can enjoy such stinky toufu!
must be an acquired taste!
the mall's air-conditioned with many small... like BV"s kind of shops...
but .. the clothes... let's say it too fashionista for me~ It's really pretty and all.. but i don't know how to wear it... hahaha.. the the price is ex too!!
All i got from the shopping trip was 4 diamonate butterfly hair clips for only $5!! so pretty!!!
Tuesday:
went for a manicure & pedicure with Xyun!!
CNy coming... must look good! hehehee
I did a french mamni cure with glitter polish! so pretty!! Xyun said it's abit unlike me... coz it's kind feminie.. which i agree on!!! hahahahahahahhaa..
CNY mah... must pretty pretty..den get more ang paos!! hahahaha =D
After that we went suntec to looks for stuffs we both need to get
me with my sushi bamboo wrap thingy... to hang my collection of earrings...
and her with her shoes and other stuffs..
During spring cleaning of my room .. i finally cleared my table of accesories and such! and i took the idea of hanging the earrings from Shraon! hehe.. neat and nice!!
We didn't manage to get wat we needed to get... so we headed down to BV.
so many pple!!!!!
OMG!.. she being close frens with felicia and always shopping together.. now she knows where to hunt for good bargains in BV! Thank god she was with me!
i got this cutesy short with buttons at the hem for only $10!!! cheap deal!!!!!
and 2 metallic belts for $10 and another straw bag for $9.90! yay!!!
i wanan go again!! mmmmmmmmmmmhhhhhmmmmm....~

My first time to MDIS unicampus today.
Yeap.
Was over there to help Lynn in her bazaar stall/flea market thingy.
was actually late in meeting her! hahaha.. was suppose to meet at outram at 9am... but it got dragged to 915... and it got dragged till she had to go down to the campus first to get the stall done.. o0ps!!
i accidentally off my alarm... =D
i reached ard 10am? had to walk unfamiliar route to the campus at queenstown. very hot day ya know... humid ...
was sweating.... eeks...
reached... and ate the meefen lynn bought for me for breakfast.. yummy treat~
the stall is from 930am to 8pm.
Lynn felt a little sick today.. puking and all... must be gastric.. hmm..
and my left eye is in pain!! aaaahhhh~~!!!! it was reallt itchy and irritated.
damn contact lens....i had to remove the lens after it got so red!!! ... see!! this is what happens when u try to push ya luck with expired lens...~ argh!
it was SSOOOOO humid the whole day!! imagine us.. sitting in da canteen ..under shade.. and we can feel sticky! stuffy and humid air!!
and we got so bored... that we started to take pictures ..ALOT of pictures...
well.. these are only a few selected ones, there's more!
So from the first 2 pixs.. u can pretty much guessed what we were selling..
all earrings are handmade!!! anyone wanna get any earrings do ask from me! cheap too!
lynn gave me 2 earrings and 2 necklaces! wohoo! more accesories!!
left the school at 8plus ...
BB came down! he bought for us onion rings from Bk and clam chowder from mos burger (lynn's request)... coz we bought onion rings from the school canteen... guess how much?.. 4 pieces large rings... $1... wth?! cut-throat!!! and not nice also!
he also specially made his way to my hse to collect my specs for me as my eye was in pain.. i dun wanna be half blind for the rest of day day...
and he actually took a cab down (in which we told him not to...) just coz he say it's not good for my eyes and not good for the food being cold!
aaawww man!! sometimes... i dun knw what i would do w/out him! he's just such a sweetie!
went dinner at clementi later. Lynn's fren, william joined us for dinner~
BB & me ate chicken chop while they ate char kway tiao ..somehow..coincidentally... they ordered the same food while we also ate the same dish...
BB & me had chicken chop each and they had char kway tiao per plate each~ get it??!
0o0oo0oo i bought those taiwan muah chee and jelly snacks at 1.50 per 100g.. i bought 1kg worth and the kind uncle gave me alot of extras as samples!! hahahaa... nice jellys!! i love the strawberry ones! yummy!

Our very first...
... event for YEC for 2006! wheeeee~
First band orchestra concert by our very own band.
and wat a success it was!!~
lol.... had a meeting before the actual event itself. and had dinner together... and then we start the event off.
ushers, ticketing, door "gaurding" and ticket tearing.
it was all over by 6pm??
yup... nice songs they played...
especially phatom of the opera.. lOVE this musical to bits.. one of the best musical scores ever composed...
went hme to change and went dow nto my godparents' hse to send chinese new year goodies. Tradition every year. We buy new year goodies and bring over and vist them before CNY. Something like married women gg back to 'niang jia' thingy... hahaha..
godfather ( yeah sound like so mafia) wasn't home.. he went cycling.... so only godmother and god-grandmother was hme.. and we (Bb was with me) had dinner there!! yum yum~ love the cabbage dish~ and the hokkien prawn mee godmother bought for us... so full~...so very full~...
watch tv after dinner... chatted and went home after 10pm plus....

and we had dinner Peach Garden at thomson plaza and another dinner at Soup Resturant at changi airport T2.

For the first time, there's no massive feasting at my aunt's place this year.
And so... we slept in.
till 3pm of course. After which we headed down to Sherman's place for a little new year gathering. abiet a little last minute ...
hitched a ride from Lynn and drove down.
Was traving when we reached.. but first.. JAPAN honeymoon pixs!! so pretty! U should have seen sanrio puroland!! OMG.... the interiors are so... wonderful~... so much Hello Kitty aka Kitty-chan!
